Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award

We are proud to announce that the United Grand Lodge of England has been awarded the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award, the highest honour given by the MOD for outstanding support to the Armed Forces community!

This recognition extends across the whole of UGLE – meaning that every Province and District is also a recipient of the ERS Gold Award. This achievement is a reflection of our collective commitment to those who serve, and we extend our thanks to every member whose support has made this recognition possible.

MCF Vice Patron Award

Dear Brethren,

I have received today notification that the Lodge has qualified for as a Vice Patron of the Masonic Charitable Foundation.

This is as a result of our charitable contributions from 2016 which have amounted to just under £16,000. For a small Lodge, this is a fantastic achievement and compliments us achieving a Gold Award in the Provincial Festival, one of only a handful of Lodges to achieve this.

We can include the Honorific title on all our future summonses and electronic communications and promotional materials if need be.

May I congratulate all those who have contributed to the MCF and feel sure that the Charity Steward will be passing amongst us with Covenants to enable us to renew our commitment to giving.

A great achievement.

Best wishes

Eugène
